1.- DELIVERIES TO THE EUROPEAN UNION

Free standard shipping with orders within the European Union of 50€ or more.

Orders less than 50€ will carry a 10€ shipment fee.

Deliveries are not made on bank holidays or weekends, so you can expect your order to be shipped the next working day.

All Non European Union orders and Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, and Gibraltar orders, may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. Please also be aware that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.

We do everything possible to attach documentation or other requirements that local authorities might need to perform the delivery at destination. For this reason it is possible that we need some personal information (ID number/passport number/driving license number) for the international documentation.

2.- DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Kling eShop makes deliveries worldwide. Shipping fees for international orders shipped to America, Asia, and Oceania are 25€.

The estimated delivery time vary depends on the country and the region and it can takes between 7 days and 2 weeks.

Please also be aware that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.

Payments can be done in three ways:

  1. CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD: You can use any of the main credit or debit cards (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) to pay for your order. Your details are safe with us as we take security very seriously. We also take fraud very seriously so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer.
  2. PAYPAL: Through a Paypal account you can pay your order quickly, without additional costs and security for your order. As an electronic payment, the transaction is done instantly. This ensures rapid processing of your order and faster delivery times. Also, returns or refunds are very quick with this payment method in case you want an exchange or return from your order.
  3. AMAZON PAY: If you happen to have an Amazon account you can pay using this method without any additional costs and without having to fill in a lot of the personal information.

Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can change the items you bought. Before sending back your parcel, send us an email and we will reserve the item you want until we receive your parcel. eshop@kling.es

In this case you will have to pay for the postage and packing, both for the return of the garment and the new delivery (7€ for European Union and 25€ for countries outside European Union).

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order and you do not see anything in our eShop you like you can send it back for a refund. In this case you will have to pay for the postage and packing when you send back the item.

Once we receive the parcel in our warehouse we will send you an email and we will refund the money into your account (PayPal or bank account, it depends on the payment method you chose when you did you order).

All exchanges and returns must be done within 30 days.

The user must keep in mind that some colors or shapes of the articles may vary slightly in relation to those displayed on the website www.kling.es.

Kling shall not accept any carriage forward package.

Exchanges or Refunds shall not be accepted for products purchased in Kling retail shops, department stores or official distributors.

Once we have checked that the merchandise is in perfect condition and that the payment has been confirmed, Kling shall proceed to the refund of the payment, except for the costs for the initial shipment.

In case you did not get your exchanges and returns sheet with your order, you can download it here, print it and add it to your return.

In store returns and exchanges

You may also do returns or exchanges in any of our brick and mortar stores (except the ones inside El Corte Ingles). All you will need to take to the store are the items you wish to return or exchange and the receipt that was included in your package.
